PROFESSOR ADENIYI OSUNTOGUN, OFR

PROFESSOR ADENIYI OSUNTOGUN is the Chairman, Board of Trustees of KolaDaisi University. At inception, he was the Pro -Chancellor and Chairman of Council of the University. He was a former Vice Chancellor of Obafemi Awolowo, University, Ile- Ife, Nigeria, as well as, a member of the Foundation Governing Council of Ajayi Crowther University, Oyo, Nigeria He was a member of the Interim Governing Council/ Development Committee of the Technical University, Ibadan, Nigeria (2012- 2016). Professor Osuntogun has served as a Member of the Board of Directors of the Nigerian Agricultural and Co-operative Bank Ltd. He was a former Chairman of the National Advisory Council for Co-operative Development in the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Professor Osuntogun was the first Regional Programme Director for the Leadership for Environment and Development Programme (LEAD) for Anglophone West Africa, a Rockefeller Foundation Global Initiative on Capacity Building.
He was a Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of West African Science Service Centre on Climate Change and Adapted Land Use (WASCAL) – A Post Graduate Capacity Building Initiative of the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany for Universities in West Africa.Professor Osuntogun was conferred with the Nigerian National Honors award of OFFICER OF THE ORDER OF THE FEDERAL REPUBLIC (OFR), 2011.
He was conferred, by Obafemi Awolowo University, with the award of Excellence in Recognition of Meritorious Service to the Development of the University as Vice Chancellor in June, 2011.
In October, 2015, Professor Osuntogun was conferred with a Merit Award by the Association of Telecommunications Companies of Nigeria (ATCON) in recognition of significant contribution to the growth of telecommunication industry in Nigeria. Specifically, for superintending over a Rockefeller Foundation backed NGO –Foundation for Environmental Development and Education in Nigeria (FEDEN) – as the CEO where the FIRST INTERNET HOST IN NIGERIA was set up in 1993.
He was Conferred with a LIFE ACHIEVEMENT AWARD as a Distinguished Alumnus of the University of Ibadan, Nigeria, 2018.

Professor Caleb Adeniyi Osuntogun, OFR (Chairman BOT).
A renown Agricultural Economist, Professor Osuntogun holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria and a Doctorate Degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Leeds, United Kingdom. He was Vice Chancellor, Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria. He was a member of the Governing Board of the West African Science Centre on Climate Change and Adapted Land Use (WASCAL), a Post Graduate Capacity Building Initiative of the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany for Universities in West Africa.

Remi Babalola (B.Sc, MBF, FCIB, FCTI, FCA, FIoD, FWAII)
Remi Babalola is an Alumnus of the University of Ibadan, University of Lagos and Lagos Business School. He had attended top tier courses and programmes at INSEAD, Stanford, Wharton, London Business School and Harvard. He served as Minister of State for Finance; he simultaneously held the post of Supervising Federal Capital Territory Minister in late 2008. Also, he is a member of the Advisory Board of APIS Partners, a UK-based private equity firm with focus on the financial and business services sectors in growth markets. He has extensive experience in the private sector at top management level, most especially in banking, auditing, consulting and strategy. He is highly involved in philanthropy, mentoring and development.

Professor Adeniyi Olatunbosun SAN is a Professor of Jurisprudence and International Law with specialization in the field of Criminal Justice, Environmental Law, Labour Law, Private International Law and Public International Law. He belongs to academic and professional bodies. He is a member of the Nigerian Association of Law Teachers (NALT); Nigerian Bar Association; Visiting Fellow, British Institute of International and Comparative Law, London, 2006; Visiting Fellow, British Institute of Advance Legal Studies, 2006; Visiting Post-doctoral Research Scholarship at Max-Planck Institute Freiburg Germany, 2010; Appointed as expert to ICC in the Netherlands from 2014 to 2019.

He was the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Fountain Securities Limited, Executive Chairman, Oyo State Finance and Investment Company Limited (OSFICOL) He is presently the Executive Chairman of Royal Resorts, Ibadan.

He was a renowned lawyer, was called to the Bar in Nigeria in 1979 and awarded the Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN) in 1997. He is a consultant to various State Governments on legal and constitutional matters. He is a former Minister of Justice and Federal Attorney General of Nigeria (July 2003 – July, 2005)

A seasoned Administrator, Haruna Olawale Adetu holds his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics Education, Master of Science degree in Economics and Master of Business Administration, all at the Lagos State University, Ojo. He served as Senior Assistant Registrar and Principal Assistant Registrar in Colleges of Education. He has served the Osun State University in various capacities and also attended several conferences, capacity-building workshops within and outside the country.
Mr. Haruna Olawale Adetu assumed duty as the second substantive Registrar of the University on Tuesday, 04 October, 2023.
